What a smell
There's a distinct smell
Of joy or a drunk party
It's simply precious

After That
Then we'll cut that tree down
Use the wood to make a boat
Take it out to sea and stay afloat
Allow the sounds of the mermaids
To abound around us
Oh Can We
Let's carve our initials into a tree
At the local playground
Then the two year olds will understand
What true love is really

Haiku 12/30
Moles are blind to what's
In front of them, but can smell
Out their destiny
Scampering up a
Birch goes a tiny squirrel
Off to his date

Haiku 12/18
Every single cloud
Seems to resemble her face
Daydreams are nightmares
Walls
Inside there's a wall too tall, that I've built
It encases all places of my heart
Forever holding the anger
I've felt
And keeping those feeling there is an art
